From the start, my manager Athena connected me with amazing mentors, like Hanna Bermudez, who has taught me everything from logistics to managing complex, customized events.
What makes Hensley special is the diverse perspectives of my coworkers, inspiring me to see challenges in new ways. A moment I’m especially proud of was when a client gave us the wrong event date. With only three of us in the office, we quickly came together to find a solution—willing to personally deliver and set up chairs and tables if needed. It made me proud to be part of a team that genuinely cares about what we do and ensures our clients are happy.

Even after 12 years of experience in my home country, starting fresh in a new place was both exciting and challenging. One of my proudest moments was at Hearst Castle, where our team installed a tent a day ahead of schedule despite the venue’s complex logistics, impressing even the castle staff. This success showed how clear planning, strong teamwork, and trust in each other’s roles can achieve extraordinary results.
