• Pricing is set for one-day rentals - please contact us for long-term rates.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Our minimum order for delivery is $1,000.00 in rentals plus delivery charges, depending on location and delivery conditions. Weekend deliveries/pickups and special time stops are subject to additional charges.

​

• Deliveries are to event venues, garages, covered porches, tents or loading docks.  Additional services such as setup and teardown of equipment is available for an additional charge.  Deliveries taken more than 50’ from truck one flight of stairs may incur additional charges.

• The customer is responsible for all equipment rentals.

​

• Please check all equipment prior to start of party. If any equipment is missing or deemed unsafe, notify us immediately. No claims can be made after commencement of affair. Hensley Event Resources assumes no liability whatsoever for use of any equipment. Equipment is rented in an "AS IS CONDITION".

• On pickup, equipment must be broken down, stacked neatly and returned to location of delivery.  Failure to do so will result in additional charges.

​

• For health reasons, all china, glassware and flatware must be rinsed and returned free of all food particles.

​

• Silver Policy:  Due to tarnishing, please do not wash silver in water.  Damaged silver or flatware items will result in replacement costs.

​

• Linen Policy:  Do not put wet or damp linens into plastic bags. Customers are responsible for damages (tears, burn holes, stains, mildew, candlewax, etc).  Damaged linen will be returned and the client will be charged an appropriate replacement cost.  There is no refund on unused linens.

• Additional charges will be added for damaged equipment.

• Hensley Event Resources strives to make every material displayed on this website as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee the displayed colors are exactly the same as the real material.

​

• Due to the large variation of monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers and the effects each has on each other, we can not guarantee the fabric colors displayed on website.
